Uniform
We are proud of our Beddington Park Academy uniform and believe it encourages children to take pride not only in their appearance but also in the whole school community.

Our whole school uniform
- Embroidered bottle green sweatshirt or cardigan (Logo)
- White polo shirt
- Mid grey shorts, trouser, skirt or pinafore
- Light green summer dress with checks (Optional)
- Black school shoes or trainers (no sandals or boots)
- Grey, black or white socks or tights
For Nursery, children should wear shoes with Velcro fastenings.
PE Kit:
- Plain white t-shirt
- Black shorts (no cycling shorts)
- Black Plimsolls
- Suitable trainers for outdoor PE
- Grey, black or white socks or tights
Children may bring a tracksuit or leggings if any PE sessions are planned for outdoors in the winter month. They may also bring a plain black sweatshirt or hoody.
Swimming (when applicable):
- Boys: Swimming shorts
- Girls: One piece swimming costume
- A plain coloured swimming hat must be worn by either gender if hair is shoulder length or longer
- Full size towel
Jewellery
Jewellery (hoop earrings, bracelets, necklaces, decorative head bands or hair pieces) are not to be worn in school. Jewellery other than small & discreet stud earrings, is not allowed in school and these earrings must be removed for PE in compliance with H&S guidance.
- A simple inexpensive watch. No smart watches.
- No make-up or nail varnish
We ask that all clothing is clearly named so that it can be located and returned quickly if it is mislaid.
